Information is collected through this website, as well as other digital platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook, SurveyMonkey, Shortstack, CoudEngage, and CLYP Loyalty Platform. Information is also gathered in-person at Mi Pueblo stores and official events through registration for promotions, contests, sweepstakes, special offers, weekly specials sign-ups, surveys, and focus groups. The type of information collected typically includes: name, address, phone number (home and mobile), age, and email.
You can always request that you not be contacted by following the procedures described below and opting out via an email or phone call.
Mi Pueblo is the sole owner of the personal information that is collected. We only gather and collect personal information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, data entry or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment. Any written copies of personal information collected in person are shredded immediately after data entry has been performed.
